Material

1 clamp profile spiral: hot-dip galvanised steel band with additional plastic outer scuff-protection profile
2 wall: special-coated textile high-temperature fabric

Description

This Exhaust Hose is lightweight, highly flexible and robust, it is ideal for a reel or suspended applications and extraction of gasses up to 300ºC when used in conjunction with an extraction system:

• special coated high-temperature fabric ducting
• reinforced with galvanised steel helix
• additional plastic abrasion protector

Applications

• all conventional exhaust systems, such as – Exhaust Hose Reel – Suction Rail System – Upper/Lower Floor Systems – Stationary Systems
• suction of engine exhaust fumes up to max.+300 °C acc. to exhaust guidelines and sufficient fresh air intake (approximately 50%)
• medium and high wear during extraction of petrol and diesel engine exhaust fumes, especially heavy-duty and construction vehicles

• extremely compressible to approx. 1:5

• withstands high mechanical loads
• high tension-proof connection of wall-lining and spiral via a special clamp mechanism

• abrasion-resistant to soot particles from diesel exhaust fumes

Green with red protector.

Size Range

63mm to 200mm.

Temp Range

from -60°C to +300 °C (Exhaust temperatures)with
appropriate use if exhaust regulators and sufficient
air supply (approx. 50%)
