Description

This Master Pur Step hose is crush resistant, very flexible, lightweight, hardly inflammable and is abrasion resistant; therefore, it is great for woodworking industries, as a woodworking extraction duct, where the hose may be subjected to accidental crushing:

• Polyester polyurethane hose / PU Ducting
• outer polyurethane profile
• PU thickness of 0.5mm

Properties

• Crush resistant
• Very flexible and lightweight
• Hardly inflammable to DIN 4102 B1

Applications

• Extraction of sawdust and woodchips (woodworking dust extraction ducting)
• All applications where the hose may be subjected to accidental crushing

Size Range

60mm to 160mm.

Temp Range

-40ºC to +90ºC (intermittent to +125ºC).

Options

• Can be manufactured with or without earthing wire
• Other lengths available on request
• Microbe resistant
• Hydrolysis resistant
• Hydrolysis resistant hoses
