Masterflex Chemical Resistant Hose: A comprehensive range of flexible chemical hose and ducts by Masterflex Technical Hoses LTD (UK) are manufactured and stocked for a wide range of industrial applications.
The hoses and ducting use various chemical resistant materials; These include PVC, Polyurethane, Polyethylene, TPE (Santoprene), PTFE, Hypalon, Silicone and Viton. The applications for our hoses include the transfer of powdered chemicals and pharmaceuticals to the removal of exhaust gases, including solvents, acids, hydrocarbons and most other gaseous media. Master Pur Food Hoses have FDA approved Polyether Polyurethane construction, reinforced with stainless steel wire helix. They are suitable for conveying powders/granules (subject to chemical compatibility). Some examples of our products are:
Master Clip PE – Manufactured from Polyethylene film gives excellent resistance to a wide range of chemical vapours.
Master Clip PTFE (including PTFE-H, PTFE-S)- have liners of Polytetrafluoroethylene film, which is chemically resistant to most known solvents and chemical vapours.
Master Clip PTFE EL (including PTFE-H EL and PTFE-S EL) – have liners of Electrically Conductive Polytetrafluoroethylene film, which is chemically resistant to most known solvents, and chemical vapours and also meets ATEX regulations.
