Master PUR HX EL

Material

• spiral: spring steel wire
• wall: electrically conductive polyurethane
• wall thickness: between spirals approx. 1.7 – 2.1 mm, depending on DN

Applications

• danger zones, which require electrically conductive hoses
• suction of coarse-grained media with the highest flow rate
• protective hose against greater mechanical wear
• suction and transport hose for extremely abrasive solid, liquid and gaseous media

Properties

• Master PUR HX EL has a surface resistance RO < 103 Ohm
• approved according to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU. Details according to the certificate
• extremely abrasion-resistant via specific reinforcements underneath the spiral
• flexible
• high vacuum and apex pressure resistance
• highly durable, long service lives
• optimum flow characteristics
• mostly smooth inner lining
• good resistance to chemicals, oil and fuel
• high tensile strength
• generally good UV and ozone resistance
• according to DIN 26057 type IV

Temperature Range

• -40°C to +90°C
• peaks to +125°C
